Randy has represented buyers and sellers in Whitby and across Durham Region for more than 25 years. He starts every file the same way: by listening, asking questions, and building a plan around what the client actually needs, not around the quickest transaction.
He holds an honours BA in Economics and an MBA from the Ivey Business School, and he puts both to work in research, pricing, marketing and negotiation. His transactions have ranged from $40,000 to $30 million, residential and commercial, with the same dedication on every one.
